In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ci999 account username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. 4.5 Withdrawal Processing. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific set of terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds, the player must complete the wagering requirement stated in the applicable offer. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all ci999 games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering completion. 6.5 Maximum Payout Limits. ci999 applies maximum single-transaction payout limits which vary by game category and sports market. These limits are published within the individual game or market. Where a player's winnings exceed the applicable maximum payout limit, the payout will be capped at that limit and the excess amount will not be paid.
6.6 Malfunction Voids All Pays. In the event of a malfunction, software error, or manifest error in a game or sports market resulting in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or incorrect payout amounts being displayed or credited, ci999 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and correct the account balance accordingly. 10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ci999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or lost gaming opportunities.
10.3 Maximum Liability. ci999's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
